Mr. Weber has been heavily involved in the construction industry in South Florida since the late 60's. He formed Federal Maintenance, Inc. in 1969 and was doing heavy road and highway construction. He holds a State Engineering Construction license which has enabled him to develop and pave major streets and airport runways. He holds similar state licenses to perform excavation of lakes and levees. Once Mr. Weber had well established a major paving company, he ventured into the engineering industry in South Florida and founded Federal Engineering & Testing in 1989. He received an associates of science degree from Broward Community College in Engineering and later got his BSE in 1991 from Kennedy Western University. Since then he has been certified in numerous American Concrete Institute (ACI) and Construction Training Certifications Program (CTQP) classes. He has been qualified as a masonry inspector and is a certified environmental consultant. Mr. Weber is a member of the Broward County PBA, Masons and Scottish Rite. He is the glue that keeps the company from running astray and has kept the company on the path to success.
